The best digital project 2018 in the Employer Brand category.
180 profiles of the 1+1 media employees in the “Rules of Life” style of the famous Esquire magazine. All of them – from a full-time driver and a courier to the Head of the Marketing Department and the CEO – have absolutely equal importance in this project as all its participants reveal their unique personalities.
The creation of text content, interviewing, the concept of photography, post-production and overall process management was done by the Custom Lab team. The project went far beyond the target audience of the 1+1 TV channel – all people of Kyiv saw the participants of the project on city lights in the subway and on the city streets and got inspired to join the 1+1 family.
The project won the Effie Awards Grand Prix 2018.
